I have a pair of flare jeans and i don’t like the way they are so big at the bottoms. They look so ugly to me, but I love the color and they are so comfortable at the top and well, they make my butt look nice. How can I make the pants smaller at the bottom where it flares out? If I shrink them will the flare be less?

ok so i have a few pairs of skinny jeans. a reg dark blue wash, and then a bright yellow and pink pair. i want to knoe what type of converse look better with them.low or high tops? im either getting a dark purple high top, or black or a really bright low top.(i know flats and w/e look good too but…) im very thin and im a size seven womens along with very small ankles if that seems to help.i dont want to look like a clown with big feet..ha ha..um it would be great if you could show me some pics with high and low tops. also what other bottoms can i wear with either type of converse?
